Using our site

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices, offers, and product availability may change. The price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and purchase terms shown at Shopify checkout apply to your order. Review them before completing your purchase.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If an already-paid order is canceled, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

When available and selected at checkout, subscription refills ship every 30 days per bottle at 15% off the applicable one-time price. The subscription offer, charge, and schedule must be confirmed at checkout before you agree to recurring payments.

We send a reminder email 3 days before each refill. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the next refill ships through the subscription management link or by contacting us. Canceling stops future refills; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already shipped. Only subscription options supported by our live checkout are available to purchase.

Shipping

US shipping is $5.95, with free shipping on orders $60+. Available delivery options and any applicable charges appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us if an order does not arrive.
