Privacy Policy

Who we are

Reveglow operates this website and sells Reveglow products. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@reveglow.com.

What we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and messages you send us.
• Information about your visit: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, and cookies or similar browsing data.
• Payment and checkout information handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Do not send full card details by email.

How we use your information

We use information to fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, administer our guarantee and subscriptions, communicate about purchases, and help keep the site secure.

If you opt in, we use your contact details to send marketing emails or texts, including offers and updates. We also use browsing information to measure and improve our website and advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

Who we share information with

We share information needed to provide our services with:

• Shopify and its payment providers for checkout, payment processing, and order management.
• Klaviyo for email marketing and, when enabled and separately opted into, text messaging.
• Meta and Google for advertising, campaign measurement, and analytics when those tools are enabled and permitted.
• Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security. Advertising-related sharing may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws.

Cookies, pixels and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies help the site function, remember preferences, and understand visits. When enabled, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may collect device and browsing data for measurement or advertising. Describing these tools does not mean every tool is currently active.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some shopping features may no longer work. Manage advertising preferences through Meta ad settings and Google My Ad Center, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These tools have different scopes and may not stop all data collection.

To request an opt-out of sale or sharing, or ask about available cookie and tracking choices, email support@reveglow.com. Where required by law, we honor applicable consent choices and recognized opt-out signals.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, receive a copy, or opt out of its sale or sharing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. For opted-in marketing texts, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order or service communications.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, subscriptions, guarantee requests, accounting, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements. We may retain a limited suppression record to respect your marketing opt-out.

Children

Our site and products are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Contact support@reveglow.com with questions or privacy requests.
