Guarantee & refunds

We have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for the first purchase of our products after at least two weeks of use from the time of shipment. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax).

To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items; you may receive store credit for the remaining items.

Bundles (or orders) with more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible products in that bundle less any discounts applied. Wholesale or orders that are being resold are not eligible for returns/refunds.

We do not accept returns. If it is your first purchase of an item, it may qualify for the money-back guarantee as long as you reach out to our Customer Care team within 60 days of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges.

We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received, although it may take longer depending on your bank.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address.
